A sustainable stay: for you, for the Planet
The Earth is our common home and we have a duty to protect and improve it. Following a path of sustainable development, we believe that we must pursue relevant and transparent actions to reach this goal.
Over the years, this belief has pushed us to launch initiatives for the benefit both of the environment and of our community. Today it keeps motivating us even more in pursuing projects to guarantee our guests a sustainable stay.

OUR GOALS TOWARDS A SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the European Union in 2015 through the 2030 Agenda urge us to take concrete and immediate actions for the well-being of the people and the Planet and to foster peace and partnerships.
The fight against climate change pushes us to take action for the climate and to reduce and eliminate the emissions of CO2 and of other harmful gases that are damaging the ecosystems.
Carbon neutrality is a common goal: we have chosen to contribute by launching an effective policy, aimed at neutralizing the direct emissions of our structure and the ones from imported energy. We also intend to reduce the resources used for the ordinary management of our Hotel and to mitigate the environmental impact of our services.
FROM PROJECT TO REALITY: OUR ACTIONS
Led by Tecno, the partner we have chosen to limit our environmental and social impact, from the 1st of January 2022 we are using green energy and zero impact gas for the supplies of our facility.
The purchase of green energy, documented by Guarantees of Origin, allows the neutralization of electricity emissions, eliminated by the supplier itself.
We have also neutralized our direct CO2 emissions by purchasing certified Carbon Credits and thus financing grandiose projects: the construction of a hydroelectric power plant in Brazil and a reforestation project in Panama. The actions undertaken will allow the absorption of over 100 tons of CO2 from the atmosphere.

Supporting the environment and the community since a long time
We are not new to environmental and social responsibility: beside welcoming our guests, we have always carried out activities to support the environmental protection and our society.
A pine for the public park
After the disconcerting loss of 200 pine trees due to a terrible storm in 2018, we donated to the municipality of Jesolo a pine, that is now planted in the park of Via Ca’ Gamba.
Sustainable mobility
We provide our guests with a free bike park and with an electric car charger. To carry out daily errands, our staff is equipped with an electric Smart.
Eco-friendly processes
We chose to use biodegradable detergents for the daily cleaning of the rooms and to adopt an internal recycling system.
A guaranteed meal for the solidarity canteen
Every month, we store in our cold store an amount of poultry donated by the company AIA to the solidarity canteen of the Red Cross in the close city of San Donà di Piave.
